현재 오픈을 준비 중에 있으며,
하루의 흐름 위에 한국 미식의 현재를 펼쳐낼 예정입니다.

Opening of CONGDU 50 and Launch of BULO

Congdu, a contemporary Korean food & culture platform,
introduces its signature venue, CONGDU 50.

CONGDU 50 is a space where
the philosophy and time of Congdu are realized as a unified experience—
where gastronomy, space, people, and moments come together
as a contemporary cultural scene.

Through this venue,
BULO, a dining concept inspired by Korean fire and fermentation,
has opened its doors.

BULO presents a contemporary expression of Korean gastronomy,
where the energy of open fire meets the depth of fermentation,
marking the beginning of a new dining experience by Congdu.

In addition,
MULO, an all-day dining concept shaped by the flow of water and time,
is currently in preparation and will soon be introduced.

CONGDU 50 will continue to evolve
as a platform where gastronomy and culture intersect,
introducing new brands and experiences over time.
