From Restaurant to Platform
Congdu began in 2001 in Samcheong-dong,
exploring a modern interpretation of Korean cuisine.
Over the years, it expanded through historic and cultural venues,
serving leaders across politics, business, and the arts,
while participating in diplomatic events and global collaborations.
